Since its founding in 2001, Mohammad Rabih Chaar Company has aimed to support Saudi Arabia’s urban development through high-quality contracting services, specializing in infrastructure, construction, maintenance, roads, and utility networks including electricity, telecom, water, and sewage.

My journey in Saudi Arabia began in 1994, managing projects for a local contractor. That experience shaped the foundation of our company—built on trust, professionalism, and a commitment to excellence.

We view the Saudi market as rich with opportunity, where competition drives progress and ultimately benefits clients. Our focus today is on high-impact, future-shaping projects like NEOM.
